With photography, Wedding Epics does the thing everyone wants – capture unrepeatable moments in time, be it a once in a lifetime wedding, an important event or you with your newborn child. It’s not easy. You need a good eye, split second timing and to be in the right place at precisely the right time. You need to be discreet too as people don’t act naturally when they know they’re being photographed.

An awful lot happens at a wedding which the happy couple understandably miss. Experience and instinct enable me to not only take formal Bride, Groom and group shots, but also to capture those moments the newlyweds miss. This brings an extra dimension to your wedding. Our key focus though is capturing people’s emotions and the feel of occasion. For example, when shooting a wedding, I will of course take group shots, but I see these as purely a record. Where we really excel is in melting into the background and picking off guests enjoying themselves unaware they are the centre of attention. We employ precisely this technique when covering events from exhibitions to private parties.

What sets us apart is not only the shots we take but what we do with them. Your pictures can be made into lavish picture books, bound in sumptious metallic effect, velvet or silk covers. All of the other options usually available are possible such as calendars and small momento books but we look further afield to the products we can offer.

Stunning slideshows to be projected or shown on plasma screens at an evening reception can be created, online photo portfolios can be be made or even uploaded to your own personalised wedding website. The opportunities are as limitless as the new technologies and ideas being developed. And you can rest assured that as soon as an exciting, worthwhile technology appears that enhances our offerings, we will be getting to grips with it immediately to provide as a service.
